At Loom Air BD, we want you to walk on air! We truly appreciate your purchase. We want you to love your new sneakers as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes the size might not be perfect, or the style isn’t exactly what you expected. Don’t worry—we are here to help you!

1. Inspect Before You Pay (Cash on Delivery)

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we strongly encourage you to open the box and check the shoes in front of the delivery man.

• Happy? Great! Pay the amount and enjoy your new kicks.

• Not satisfied? If you find any defect or if the size doesn’t fit, you can return it immediately to the delivery man. You only need to pay the delivery charge.

2. 3-Day Easy Return/Exchange

If you received the delivery and later realized there is an issue, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The sneakers must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Please try them on a clean surface (like a carpet) to ensure the soles remain clean.

• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. In-Store Exchange (Golapgonj, Sylhet)

Live nearby? You are always welcome to visit our physical shop! If you bought a pair online but want to exchange the size or style, simply bring the product to our Golapgonj showroom.

• Note: Please bring your order confirmation (email or SMS) when you visit.

4. Refund Policy

• Defective Product: If we sent you a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it for free or provide a full refund (including delivery charges).

• Change of Mind: If you simply want to return the product (and it has no defects), we will refund the product price, but the delivery charges will be deducted.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchange

• Our Fault: If we sent the wrong size or a damaged item, we cover the delivery cost.

• Your Choice: If you ordered the wrong size or want to change the color/style, the customer covers the delivery cost for the exchange.
